While the condominium sector faced more challenges, mainly due to regulations around construction timelines, the low-rise segment saw increased activity. It&#039;s notable that, although gross pricing didn&#039;t reflect the rebate, eligible buyers were able to benefit from extra savings, making homeownership more attainable in our region. Industry leaders continue to highlight how targeted measures can support economic stability and job security across the GTA.
